I doubt either of them will have this but I'll check...Thanks!
I wonder if my best bet is to buy some old S8 film off of e-bay and swipe the countdown leader off of it!

The German Gebuhr company, who is still designing and producing new double system sound equipment also sells count doun leaders, printed to the correct side and fulfilling the DIN requirements for a sync start leader, where the appearance of every frame is fixed. That means, that any lab or studio, working with prof footage and seperate sound, could recognize from where to slate sound and film.
The leader is sold on 50 ft rolls (3 leaders per roll), for S8, N8 and 16mm. It?s sold directly by Gebuhr, by Bavaria and I think Wittner has it, too:

Best.-Nr. 1059 - (17,24 EUR netto) 20,00 EUR brutto
16mm, 3 St?ck auf der Rolle,
Best.-Nr. 2085 - (31,04 EUR netto) 36,00 EUR brutto"
The Gebuhr information sheet for the leader is explaining every singular frame that is contained, so you could even re-create it on PC and shoot it frame-by-frame.
